We’re redefining job readiness by making it real, relevant, and reachable. At The Real Life Resource Center, our Employment Readiness program goes deeper than resume tips and mock interviews. We teach how to navigate professional environments without code-switching away your identity, how to advocate for fair wages, how to balance mental health while working, and how to set career goals beyond the first job. Our training is designed for individuals with barriers — like gaps in employment, previous justice system involvement, or no formal work history — and we partner with local employers to create pathways to dignified, sustainable work.
